Congratulations on taking part in the F45 challenge.
As you know, food is an important part of the challenge. But putting it together can be a bit of a pain.
So we've put together some meal options to help you out.
Note: A snack can also be ordered as a breakfast (see below for snack options)
Thai chicken curry
Creamy coconut flavoured mild green Thai curry, with a hint of lemon myrtle.
Chicken breast marinated in sage and lemon
Succulent chicken breast marinated in fresh sage and lemon.
Roasted pumpkin, broccoli and sweet potato with basil pesto
Caramelised roast pumpkin and sweet potato tossed steamed broccoli and fresh basil pesto.
Chilli con carne meatballs
Slowly cooked lean beef rolled together with a burst of chilli and red kidney bean sauce.
Note: A snack can also be ordered as a main meal (see below for snack options), replacing both the protein and the side.
Note: Snacks can be selected in place of a breakfast or a main meal protein. Note that it a snack is selected in place of a main meal protein then you don't get to select a side for that meal.
All orders must be placed by 8:00pm Sundays
Orders will be ready for collection on Mondays from 5:30 pm (Mawson Lakes) or 6:45 pm (Hallett Cove)
